When we set out to design a state-of-the-art electric golf buggy, we also set out to match it with a world class warranty system like no other. 

Here at Stinger, our commitment extends beyond crafting high-quality electric buggies: it includes offering a superior warranty system unparalleled by other brands. Currently other major brands are limited to service providers predominantly in major cities only, leaving customers in outlying regions underserviced and having to drive long distances to receive warranty care, thus we have developed a revolutionary warranty service program exclusively for Stinger customers.  

By leveraging Australia Post Offices as convenient drop-off points, we have expanded our reach to encompass the equivalent of 4,300 Service Providers across both urban hubs and remote areas Australia wide.  


How it works:  
When you first receive delivery of your new electric buggy, we encourage you to keep the box. Understandably, the box can take up valuable space in your home so all you do is simply flatten it out and in the unlikely event that you may need any warranty support, you can reuse your box. 

To make a claim, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the Stinger Golf Website and fill out the warranty claim form online.
  2. Once you have filled out the warranty claim form, one of our Customer Service Team will contact you directly.  
  3. Once the Customer Service Team has attended to your claim, please return your buggy to our National Service Centre. Follow the steps below:
    • Pack your buggy back into the original box – Note the Customer Service Team will inform you if you need to return the battery or charger, otherwise do not include the battery or charger.
    • Attach your return label supplied by the Customer Service Team to the box
    • Drop the box at your nearest Post Office and you have completed your claim
    • The moment your buggy arrives at our National Service Centre, one of our Technicians will contact you and will attend to your claim 
    • Once the claim is completed, the box will be conveniently returned directly to your door by Australia Post
