At Stinger Golf, we manufacturer our Golf buggies to suit Australian golfing conditions, but unfortunately, water submersion is not covered under our

2-Year Electric Buggy Warranty as per our warranty
conditions.

It is important to note that all
Electric Golf Buggies regardless of the make and model are not 100% waterproof, but merely water resistant so they can be used in wet/rainy weather but are not designed to withstand total submersion or cleaning with high pressure water cleaners or garden hoses.

Water can cause severe and unpredictable damage to the electrical and drive train components, any faults caused by floods, submersion, or by directly cleaning the buggy with a pressure washer or garden hose fall outside of our warranty conditions. Additionally, because submersion
compromises the internal systems, it will void the warranty for any future
repairs going forward.

We know that accidents can happen out on the course! If your buggy does experience water damage, taking immediate action may protect some components from total failure. Please follow these steps right away:

 1.Turn it off immediately and do not turn it back on.

If your buggy is powered on, turn it off right away. Do not attempt to turn it back on, as running power through wet electronics can
instantly short-circuit and destroy them.

Please Note- If the Battery has been totally submerged it must be replaced and the water damaged battery must be disposed of as quickly as possible in the correct manor.

2.Remove the battery.

Disconnect and remove the battery from the buggy completely to cut off all power sources.

3.Do NOT charge the battery.

Never plug a potentially water-damaged battery into a charger, as this can create a serious safety hazard.
